Refund policy

 

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired on arrival

In such cases:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  • Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice
  • Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via PhonePe
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to be credited in your account depending on your bank/payment provider

We take pride in delivering freshly prepared, high-quality homemade products. Since our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
